It’s very bad management. They are not a professional, I think you need to looking for another professional experience management to reach your goals.
I do not recommend staying here because you will face a headache throughout your stay with this management. ??

I'm a current resident and I do not recommend this place who is not a student. Although the management team is friendly, this place is poorly run. Response time is slow and is inconsiderate in sending out notices last minute with very little information. Also, when you move-in, don't expect your unit to be clean. Despite the walk through from management prior to the move-in, units I have moved were both filthy and all I was told was to mark those in inspection, but nothing was done. Love the community, a couple small issues when we frist moved, just forget a couple finishing touches. Besides that pretty good so far. Everyone seems very nice

This place might look cute at first glance, but trust me — it is not worth the nightmare that comes with living here.

When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting: hair clogging the shower drain, grime in the bathroom, and even an old soap bar stuck in the tub. I had to deep-clean before I could even unpack.

Management is completely unresponsive and hides behind excuses about “system errors” or needing to “talk to maintenance.” My microwave broke in December, and after months of... back-and-forth, I didn’t get a replacement until April.

For most of my lease, my key card didn’t work for the amenities I was paying for. When I finally could access them, they were dirty except when management was giving tours. The pool didn’t even open until late July.

Utilities are ridiculously expensive and somehow increased mid-lease. And to top it all off, I had to threaten legal action just to get my security deposit back.

I’ve lived in several apartments, and this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and keep looking. The aesthetics are nice, but everything else is a mess. Lee mas
