Please don't let these photos fool you - they're only showing you the updated units in this complex. The bones of this complex are absolutely horrific. The complex was built in the 80's, with very little insulation, the windows are horrible and you can hear everything through your walls and ceilings. You will be able to hear your upstairs neighbors doing absolutely anything. When I moved in, the filth of the many dirty people living in my unit before me was still stuck to the walls, the kitchen... and the bathroom. Utilities are absolutely out of control high as there is no insulation, the windows are horrible and everything is outdated. Between electricity, gas and water, you can expect to pay around $225 a month for your utilities. You currently can't even view your water bill, they just add the $70+ a month to your rent.
They switched over management companies and rent has gone up 40% since they took over, with absolutely no upgrades in the unit. They redid the clubhouse, which nobody uses and only the leasing agents get to enjoy. You can't submit work requests online anymore, and the payment portal has changed multiple times.
I've had horrific experiences with multiple neighbors, who don't respect your space or your property. My car has been destroyed by the reckless people throwing their doors open into mine. You will smell every single thing your neighbors are cooking, and due to the majority of the complex being Indian, you will smell very strong scents from their cooking constantly.
There are so many other complexes in the area you can live in. I promise you, do not get swayed by the good lighting, photography and updated units. This complex is an absolute nightmare. Any reviews you see from prior to 2020 I would not even listen to. This is an entirely different complex under the new management. When you come in, please look at how many units do not have cars parked in front of them. I am counting down the days until my lease is up.
