Unprofessional
I was there couple weeks ago and looked for a 2 bedrooms apartment. They told me to apply and deposit to keep the spot. I asked them if I could move in before March 11 and they said yes. They were so nice before they receive the deposit then they never answer the emails. Last week, I came and asked if I could move in and they said before March 11. Today I came and they said they not approved my applycation. I deposited and wrote my applycations about a month but they still never give me a call... or answer my emails. Unprofessional and never ready to help. I wish I could give 0 star!

After reviewing the situation, it looks like we were... missing required income verification, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, we didn’t receive a response. When you later provided the documents, the initial application had been canceled, and we explained that a new application might be necessary.
