Teal Run Apartamentos

Neighbors throw garbage in my yard daily. Trash everywhere! This part of the complex looks like a garbage dump! Neighbors letting their dogs go potty in in my yard! Just the other day a bunch of kids were ringing my door bell and running away. This place isn't what it used to be. I'm out!

We have lived here for the past 6-7 months. At first, my Husband and I were reluctant to come see the property due to the negative reviews found on other sites. But, I have always been one of those 'see it for yourself' kind of people. I'm glad we did! We live in a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath aparment. The leasing office is very attentive & responds promptly to concerns.

The apartments are very updated & modern, with nice appliances & central A/C. Maintenence workers are constantly making... improvements or clean the grounds area. Teal Run does allows pets, even though we do not have any ourselves. There are quite a few children who live here. There is a very nice playground & secured pool access. As always, apartment living does require some patience with neighbors & guests, but we haven't really had any issues.

Please don't let the other reviews sway your judgement. I would say this is one of the nicest apartments we have had the chance to call 'Home'. You'll definately want to come see it for yourself! Lee mas

This is a new, clean apartment complex just south of the city. It is tidy and well cared for. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Teal Run allows pets. The management is responsive to maintenance issues. It is inexpensive. Having said that, it is apartment living and requires tolerance of others. The residents are diverse and there are lots of children with only a tiny playground. The pool is closed and undergoing renovation. There is no basketball court. So expect that many of the... residents are enjoying what is left of the summer outside, socializing/loitering. Lee mas
