Mold and Move out Fees
I lived here from 2022-2024. I just recently moved out. I wasn’t inclined to write a negative review until they decided to CHARGE ME $300 upon move out. I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they “fixed it” they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they “fixed it” they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I... told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here.
Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed “due to covid” the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you’re going to raise the rent.
