Franklin Palmer Apartments

Lived here for 2 years now without a single issue besides other tenants (only small problems with them too like peoples car alarms going off but that will happen literally everywhere).

Something breaks and needs fixing? They took care of it same day (as long as the office was open).

The sound proofing between apartments is fantastic. I've only heard when things specifically slam on the ground above me, but never voices or stuff like that even though there are kids (unless they are outside... because obviously windows can't be completely soundproof).

The internet has been great and consistent with no serious problems getting it setup when we moved in, though that's more of a review of our local ATnT but I feel that's relevant.

Really the landlord has been super chill and cool, but still responsive about important issues. Really glad to have found this place when we were on short notice back then. It's been better than I hoped. Lee mas

I called a couple of times over a few of weeks & they never answered the phone. Finally got someone & made an appointment to come see a model unit the following day. Showed up for my appointment (at 4pm) & the office was closed. I left a voicemail & never heard back. Not only are they unprofessional by standing up appointments but if the office is always closed (even though it says 9-5) I can only imagine what they’re like if you’re a tenant.

My husband and I have been living at Franklin Palmer Apartments for almost 1 year. This has been a comfortable and affordable place to live. Although the buildings are dated, Princeton Management is doing a great job to maintain the buildings and update the units. Amenities are pretty basic but there are no extra fees for facilities that aren’t being utilized. The location is very convenient for shopping, schools, community center, healthcare, and expressways. Margaret, the property manager... , is super to work with and very responsive to requests. I give this complex a 5-star rating. Lee mas

I have been living at Franklin Palmer for almost a year and I am extremely satisfied. The inside is updated, clean and well maintained and outside snow removal was great. Margaret in the office is very professional, friendly and helpful. Located in Canton this apartment is an excellent value. Highly recommended!

I have been living in Franklin Palmer Apartments in 1BHK for almost 2 years now. I do not have any issues with the management. They are very quick in fixing any problem. Twice a year they do maintenance check. Margaret is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
