Bad management and poor maintenance
I want to give 5 stars to Delores who help me find the right place and very good service that she provided during the move-in process. Afterwards, whenever there is maintenance issue, need to call and wait for few days to come and major problem is the curtain and slides. They didn’t change the curtain and sunlight wear-tear and very fragile. They start to charged 5$ per slide and it was not in contract. Also, manager is very poorly managed and there were multiple times extra amount for no reason... . Tried to solve multiple times and first resolved then came back in following month payment. I am tired of dealing with these issues and also one of the reason to move-out too.
