Don’t live here if you’re attached to your money
The apartments are OK not complaining about the apartments themselves but for the price they are not nearly to the quality I would expect. It does feel safe and secure, nice gym, the pool area is very nice.
However I had nothing but expenses here. They nickel and dime you at every turn. They don’t even include water and sewer in the rent. They MAKE you pay for a door to door trash service that I hardly used while living there and when I did use it they didn’t even show up. The internet is so... called fiber but it’s linked to the whole complex so you actually on get around 150mbps max which is totally fine but if I’m paying $75 for fiber I want fiber speeds. The manager is horrible she knew that the internet was coming and when the internet was shut off in the middle of the day (I work from home) she sent an email telling us that it was shut off after the fact.
If you order a package there’s a 50% chance it will get delivered to the wrong apartment. I ordered an Apple Watch that got delivered to the office and the manager put it in her office for “safe keeping”. The lockers they use for package pickup is nice but if you are away on vacation and a package stays in the locker more then 3 days you get charged.
The worst though is the manager. When we first moved in we were told we owed $300 dollars due to them changing to a new accounting system and that there was an “accounting error”. Any time I scheduled a meeting with the manager to discuss questions she was mysteriously unavailable. When I rescheduled she had to “leave early”.
The maintenance guys however were incredible! They always had our issues fixed the same day and we’re very friendly.
Overall I definitely didn’t hate my time living there and I’m not trying to discourage people from living here just know what you are getting yourself into.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve. We apologize for the internet issue you experienced. Unfortunately, our internet provider did not notify us beforehand that there... would be an outage. Once we were made aware of the situation, we emailed residents as soon as possible. Secondly, we have worked to improve our parcel garage by getting all the residents in the community registered, and we are working closely with the carriers to deliver packages to the lockers correctly. As for the watch, the item required a signature, so we signed for it and kept it in the office. I am typically always in the office, but I have also set aside a daily time block from 4-6 pm where residents can reserve an appointment with me in our resident portal. We are very sorry that you have not had a good experience, and I would be happy to discuss any matter further with you if you have more concerns.
