Don’t move in here
Do yourself a favor and don’t move in to 24 West cottages. cheap appliances. they have refrigerators that have water hook ups for ice, but they will not hook them up so you have no ice. The furnace, water heater and air conditioner are in the middle of the unit and are extremely loud. also, they are located right next to a landscape company so you get to hear Loud equipment early and in the morning. Numerous plumbing issues that they will not pay to fix the correct way, so you get to wake up... some mornings and not have a toilet that flushes or a shower that drains. terrible communication with office personnel

Ed, thank you for taking the time to review our community! We apologize you seem to have had such a negative experience.
Since the property was developed 2021-22, all of our appliances were new at that time.
As for your plumbing issue, we do... apologize. However, we were always quick to communicate with you and get our maintenance staff on site. They were able to resolve it each time. Unfortunately, it took some time for us to figure out what was causing it to occur since it would only happen temporarily and infrequently.
This issue was entirely unique to your unit and was recently identified as an installation issue by the contractor. At great expense to ownership, we are actively addressing it and will have a permanent fix shortly.
We do our absolute best to accommodate residents in a timely and effective manner and strive to provide a great rental community for everyone. At the end of the day, it is our goal to make sure everyone is taken care of to the best of our ability.
