Not great management and it shows. You can put the same maintenance request in 4 times and they won't look at it, or they come in and say everything is fine when it isn't and just leave, office is also only open during times that I work so I can never actually go to the office unless I get a rare day off and it's kind of really annoying actually

We feel badly that you are not happy and would like to make your experience here enjoyable. Customer service is our priority, and we will work diligently to ensure your happiness. For any work order concerns, our team is required to investigate and... repair before making replacements. If those repairs have been insufficient, we will certainly look into replacement, as we have offered. We have attempted to set up a meeting time where you can show the team your concerns with the dishwasher as they are unable to locate any functionality issues, but those attempts went without a response from your unit. If you work during normal business hours, there are things we can do to assist in setting up a meeting time with a manger during times you are available, as this is the first we are hearing of that concern.
