Go only if you have extra money or you are sure about what is coming tommorow

United apartments(West point comes under United) have many apartment complex in mount pleasant. They think that they are the only one and thus they have their own rules which makes them earn more. If you ask for immediate moving they do not have short term lease. When you sign full term lease and by any chance due to family issues or job relocation you need to move out to some other place or state, there is no way out. You cannot break the lease. All other places will at least have something... like you can pay 2 months rent to break it in such cases or something of similar kind. Here they tell you that you have to pay everything for all the months of your lease, so basically you end up paying rent for the apartment where you are not living. They only care about the money and do not think anything about leaser. There might be few things that cannot be avoided they should have some provisions for that. @LiveWithUnited, think about it and be aware that this is life and things happens with everyone that are unavoidable. Signatures on few papers does not make you boss.
