Royale Glen Townhomes

This is a pretty decent size apartment, nice location. I really don't have anything bad to say. The apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner upon move-in but once I cleaned it, it felt like home. There's a gazebo in the back in what I would describe as a courtyard which gives company & kids somewhere to go if they wanna hang out outside. There is one other thing. The building is older (but still nice) so sometimes the pipes in the bathroom make strange noises but... it's not so often that it's bothersome. I would recommend this location to others. Lee mas

The apartment complex is more than a place to live, it truly is like a community that you belong to. Barclay Village is located right in the middle of shopping, dining, a few minutes from the beach and is a safe and comfortable place to live. The owner and management team is very involved in the day to day operations and they resolve any issues immediately. Beautiful grounds with gazebo and courtyard, friendly neighbors, reliable maintenance and staff all make you feel like you've found a new... family and place you are proud to call home. Lee mas

Nice neiborhood, close to shopping, the beach, and there is a nice park within walking distance to take your children to. Maintenance is great about getting things fixed in a timely fashion and is patience with the little ones who are curious to see how they are fixing things. Lawn care is very lovely, well done and always green. Neibors are also very friendly!
