There is a new office staff / management weekly so clearly nobody knows what’s going on or how to do their job , the pool has actually been CLOSED for the last 2 summers and nobody is even out there working on it and there is no reason given for it , good luck getting anything fixed for at least 2 weeks when you call and leave a message / they don’t check those so apparently you need to email management

-Our apartment has flooded every time it rains for three years, nothing has been done to fix the issues after months of calling and emailing.

-Good luck trying to get anything fixed by maintenance. They are always on the property but can never seem to fix anything.

-We have had several mice in our apartments, lots of critters in the walls and endless amount of earwigs.

-There is a new property manager every month because this place is going downhill.

-No one picks up their dog poop, they... removed trashcans around the property so no one picks up their poop anymore. Dog park was cute for a week and now it just looks like a dump.

-Pool has been closed for weeks with no update.

Look elsewhere in the area, the staff here at Northville Woods truly does not care about your living situation. Lee mas

My apartment was advertised to be a completely renovated unit with updated appliances (as it says on the website) and updated counter tops. The person on my apartment tour said that I would be getting the exact same unit as the one shown to me (which had all of the updated features). This was far from the truth. I have appliances nearly twice my age and cabinets and countertops clearly stained from cigarette usage. Besides that the apartment was nowhere close to ready when I moved in. The shower... was had exposed tiles and a chipped soap holder that was sharp and extremely dangerous so I couldn't shower in my apartment for a week until they fixed it. Not only that but between numerous email exchanges with the leasing manager of the property promised to update with all my requests and here we are 3 months later. If you like to be lied to constantly then I highly recommend moving here. Lee mas

Great amenities IN and close to the complex.
Schools with very goods programs.

Your should learn to fix your apartment if you want to live at this place. It takes months and multiple requests for a maintenance guy to visit your apartment. Leasing staff will note down your complaints and will assure you that maintenance guy will come tomorrow but forget about it. Nothing will happen and the you can keep following up. Laundry rooms are so untidy that it’s difficult to stay inside. No one cleans it and no air conditioning in the room. Big no for families, single guys can live... here but remember need to learn how to fix things Lee mas
