I really appreciate the apartment community. I enjoy receiving a notification about the office giving away plants, hosting breakfast, and so-on. It’s these little things that help bring everyone together even if it’s for a short period of time.

In the last year the community has taken a pretty drastically bad turn. From a home invasion turned into a swat stand off (luckily no one was hurt) to domestic disputes with doors getting kicked in, car break-ins. Some of this is just the nature of the rural areas anymore but some of this is avoidable. Having past due notices for things charged you weren't made aware of and had said charges looked into and credit back because of error only to again get charged. It's all becoming anything but... pleasant. It's nice to be in a more secluded location but with many new complexs being built around town may be a time to start looking around. Lee mas

Cost of rent is about twice as much as the apartment is worth - multiple coats of the cheapest eggshell white paint they can find over poorly patched holes in the wall. Cheapest plastic carpet installed with tack strips that repeatedly poke your feet and lift up at thresholds. It is unfortunate that apartments of this quality can be leveraged at the price they are, when their value is no where near.

Good service; However apartments are too old. If you are looking to rent a place with good air flow, space, good ventilation, space in the kitchen area (if you like to cook), more updated apartments features (from hardware to layout) etc… then this is not a recommended place for you. The office and maintenance department on the other hand are very good at their job and respond very quickly.

Rent is still too high.
Love the location close to everything.
Apartments are okay but need some serious upgrades.
Maintenance is good as well as office staff.
