Pennel Park Commons Apartamentos

Having moved from my home of 40 years I found it difficult to downsize to a one bedroom apartment. However, I found the bedroom to be rather large (I believe it is 10 x 15) and the open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room, and living room is bright and spacious. There is adequate cupboard space and I appreciate the extremely large closet space in both the hall and the bedroom. What I love most about my new home is the beautiful view from my living room. The entire wall in the living room... is a huge picture window. I see a landscape of trees for miles. I am excited for the autumn season to arrive so I can admire all the spectacular colors.

I have found everyone in the building to be friendly, warm and inviting. Most importantly, I feel safe here. The manager and maintenance man are just absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough kind words about them. They have made this transition much easier. I also appreciate the numerous activities they have going on in the building throughout the week. The gentleman who conducts the art club is fantastic. I am so glad that I chose Pennel Park as my home. Lee mas

My apartment is beautiful a little small and could use some changes my kitchen is small and don't have cupboard space! My bathroom is OK and my bedroom is a little small but I make it work would like different carpet and my living room is great big bay window!!!
