Awful
This is the worst place imaginable. Our unit constantly has appliances that frequently break with little help from management. Management takes a very long time to come in and help, and when they do come, they do a subpar job. They’re unwilling to accommodate and help you even after numerous complaints and calls. Our neighbors are also extremely loud constantly playing music that rumbles our walls. We’ve tried calling to get this issue resorted- however, nothing has been changed and still we can... hear our neighbors yelling and playing bass music. Not to mention the extreme high cost of rent for a place that is called “luxurious” but is the farthest from that. There is constantly trash everywhere with furniture being left out on corners. The list only goes on and on. Ever since my family and I have moved here we have been very unhappy. We hope to see these issues fixed on the future but for the 2 years we’ve been here it has only gone downhill.
