DO NOT MOVE HERE
Parking was just increase to $175 and you don't even have an assigned stall.
The retention rate of this place is less than 30% hence why they have to offer up 3 months free to suck you in. Once they do, they will only offer you a $1,500 credit to stay when they give new residents $7,000+.
On top of this we've had a lot of issues throughout our year here -
- Safety has become increasingly more dangerous with multiple break-ins and thefts in the complex. There are often times homeless people... that wonder the halls randomly knocking on people's doors.
- Trash has gone up to almost $50/month and is left everywhere, often gets clogged up leaving you with nowhere to put it.
- We were without hot water for over a week with no compensation offered even though it's considered an emergency in the state of MN.
- Elevator 2 is down a few times a month meaning that you can expect to wait 10-15 minutes to get downstairs.
- Amenities don't work more often than they do. Keep this is mind when you're touring. What they show you likely isn't working.
- If you live on the 10th floor, there is no way to keep the floor cool so your apartment will be at 75+ during the summer even with the AC running at 100%. Electric bill in a 1 Bed +Den will average $120+.
- One plus side is that the maintenance team is amazing, they have answered all of the requests within 24 hours if not sooner.
