I DO NOT recommend
The apartment we got was nothing like what we toured. There were some remodels done but they were done poorly. For example, the new flooring was not appropriately installed so there were gaps which collected dust, crumbs, etc. There were no coverings under the wall heaters allowing insects like spiders to have a free for all! This was reported multiple times through the "maintenance" request on website with minimal response. When I called, the individual LAUGHED at me. In addition, we were... charged for not having renters' insurance EVERY MONTH even though we had it and had to provide proof monthly.

Please email your declaration page directly to our insurance department so they can confirm we have the proper documentation, ensure your policy meets the requirements, and remove any incorrect charges going forward. STAY WAY!!!
This place is completely corporate and cares nothing about its tenants. Most of the other reviews are internal marketing related. The staff have no ability to help. STAY AWAY!!

Garbage!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! It is horrible! The management is TERRIBLE! they will tell you one thing and then the next person will give you a completely different answer regarding rent terms. THEY ARE CLUELESS! They add fees randomly. the pool is disgusting in the summer with bugs. ANyone can go pick up mail packages in the 3 rooms that are just packages......

Do not live here :)
Everything about it is terrible, except maybe the pool. The "upgraded/remodeled" units are poorly done, with everything falling apart before you even move in. The units are filthy and not cleaned before move-in. There are ALWAYS bugs in the apartment, and on several occasions, dog poop on the hallway carpet that remained for nearly a week each time. They charge so much for a cheap place to live, management that never respond, and random fees that cannot be explained. The walls and... floors/ceilings are thin so you are constantly being disturbed. The apartments are poorly insulated so it's always either too hot or too cold. Though the apartments fall apart because of their poor quality and not through excessive wear and tear or damage, they will overcharge you for every little thing once you try to move out. I moved here because it seemed affordable, but after all the excess charges for absolutely nothing, I should have paid more for somewhere that does not make me miserable. It is definitely worth it to pay more for a comfortable place to live. I would not recommend this place to anybody, except perhaps to people I deeply hate.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our team works hard to ensure units are clean, move-in ready, and well-maintained. While we strive for perfection, occasional issues like cabinet delivery delays can happen,... but we address them quickly.
We also manage pest control proactively and are always happy to address concerns like pet waste or noise disturbances when reported.
