It’s not worth the money
The building is really nice and new but the people that live here are a problem. The building is shaped weird so when people get drunk and party in the courtyard all night everyone can hear it. There’s supposed to be quiet hours, but those are regularly ignored. My first week here someone was drunk, puking off the third floor balcony. There’s always a stench of weed in the hallway, so if you have kids be aware of that. Last summer there was a string of crazy people hanging out in the front... parking lot asking for an apartment number so they can buzz you to get in, or waiting by the door until someone enters so they can sneak in. If you didn’t give them what they wanted, they would insult and threaten you. The fed ex person routinely leaves packages where people can steal them even though there’s a secured room for it. Unless you live on the third floor, there’s a good chance you’ll hear your upstairs neighbor all night doing whatever. There was an accident in the parking lot last summer where someone backed into a parked car and drove off and the police refused to do anything since it was on private property and the building manager refused to do anything since she didn’t see it. There’s been a dirty pair of underwear in the front parking lot for a couple weeks now that haven’t been picked up. Oh and they automatically sign you up for renters insurance out of California, and if you want to use your personal insurance you need to contact the California insurance company yourself and cancel it, which can be frustrating to say the least.
