Home Sweet Home: Why White Oaks Apartments is a True Gem
I’ve been a resident at White Oaks Apartments for some time now, and I can truly say it has become my home. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with particular attention given year-round. This is especially appreciated during Minnesota’s harsh winters, where the sidewalks and parking lots are consistently kept in excellent condition, ensuring safety and accessibility. The beautiful outdoor pool was recently renovated, and one of my favorite features is the close proximity to Thompson... County Park, just two blocks away. I love walking the paved trails around Thompson Lake and stopping to watch the families enjoy the playground and taking advantage of the fishing pier.
The location is ideal – just blocks from Robert St where you can find a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as public transportation. It’s also only minutes away from downtown and the state capital, which is incredibly convenient.
The sense of community here is wonderful. The other residents are respectful and kind, making it a pleasure to live here. The on-site maintenance team is reliable, available Monday through Friday, and there’s even a 24-hour emergency number if needed. The property manager is absolutely fantastic – kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She truly makes living here a blessing.
Overall, I feel I’m getting great value for my money and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I highly recommend White Oaks Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
