Smokers Paradise
Most of the people that live here smoke, and the smoking policy (or lack there of) is not strictly enforced with consequences. Residents will smoke cigarettes in their unit and the will smoke travel into other units and the halls.. Hopefully you don’t mind your clothes smelling of smoke and breathing that in all the time. Silver fish are always finding their way in and you’ll see them running around the tub or the sink. Also a few times the water actually came out brown from the faucets. No... elevator in this place and the hallway carpets are old school/nasty. Spend a little more money and get a descent place, especially if you’re a non smoker. The landlord is nice, the location is good, and maintenance is responsive but those are about the only positives I can think of.

While we are not a smoke-free building and all tenants may choose to smoke... in their homes, we do everything we can to ensure smoke doesn't travel into neighboring homes.
Silverfish are a common pest that can easily be remedied with extermination, I wish we had known about this and we could have taken care of it for you! The city does "flush" their main line water occasionally which may cause short periods of discolored water throughout the city of White Bear Lake. And I am happy to let you know that our hallways and stairwells are being completely re-carpeted this summer! We thank you for your residency and wish you the best of luck!
