The apartment itself is beautiful—I'm the first one to live in this unit, and it's spotless with modern finishes that... make it feel brand new. It's spacious, well-designed, and perfect for my needs. Plus, the location is unbeatable—I'm no more than 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the area, which is super convenient.
