Poor New Management
Ownership switched hands September 2024 and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
We lost access to the website to pay our bills for nearly a month with no notice.
Notice only came when ownership realized 2 days before rent was due they probably weren’t getting paid. And the notice was to find a different way to pay them, not that access was restored.
You cannot reach anyone short of walking in the front door. Emails go unanswered and when you reference them in person they cannot even... find them in their email inbox.
We were shut out of our online lease access as well and they only have the first 12 pages of our lease from the previous ownership.
The only communication we have received since the transfer of ownership has been them implementing new policies no one asked for under the guise of “community interest and wellness.” Then threaten to fine us if we don’t comply.
They claim to love to hear from us as residents, but it only seems they want to talk when asking us to pay them
