Elegant Living Spacious Apartments Turned To Luxury
A Touch of Slye, Spacious Elegant Living My Mom and Big Cousin Lived Here , For a few years they loved it,I often visited them,Friendly Staff Very Peaceful and it's Convenient To Kids with park, highway 270 and 70 access 6 minutes away, and reasonable in rent rates,hope this will be my next place to call home

Thoughts about my apartment: Romonda Crowley
I've lived here for 7 years plus. I'm in a one bedroom apartment and I do like my apartment. The only thing I truly hate about my apartment is the carpet. It's just an issue and have too much work needed. I also have a good relationship with the management of the property. Nothing is ever perfect. But they do try. You have to remind them of some things. But we all forget. I've had so much going on with me. And the office has always been willing to help me. But other than the carpet. I've... been satisfied. My space is comfortable for me.

Be Careful
This is not a review of the property itself, I chose to live at a different apartment complex because of the ride and unprofessional manner in which the staff carried themselves. During my potential leasing process I simply had a question the leasing agent was unable to answer but When I asked to speak with a higher up I was met with attitude and passed off to a person who never called or emailed in response to my question.... So I chose to go with a different apartment complex as this was a... terrible first impression of what to expect from this management group. It was a simple question that cost this company my business.It is a decent looking place for such a cheap price but the service to the tenants has a reputation of being horrible and I saw first hand how true this was. If you are desperate for a place to live then sure try your luck but if you have options this Apartment complex should be low on the list

Laurel Park Apartments
I love it here! There's no other place in St.Louis that's handicap accessible modified like mine. It was hard in the beginning looking for an apartment. When I saw the vacant one I knew that this was my new home. Nothing but peace and quiet.
