Marvin Gardens Apartments

I want to start off by saying I would never ever everrrrr recommend anybody lives here. Most disgusting apartments I have ever been to let alone live at. They do NOTHING (and I do mean absolutely nothing) about any problem you would have from roaches down to wasp nests at your front door. I couldn’t even do a year here without needing to move. Last time I bombed my KITCHEN. I came home to at LEAST 100 roaches on the ceiling and the walls of the kitchen, killed most of them and STILL MORE... ROACHES. No matter how many you kill ,there will be more they need to fully exterminate those apartments before having anybody else live there. Lee mas

If its your first apartment or you’re desperate and need to move, I say go for it. Its quiet. Trash and dumping problem. Insect and rodent problem. No roaches though so that is a plus! Not the most updated apartment, as paint will peel. they will fix if you tell them enough. Walls are thin, doesnt bother me because i dont have kids but i can see where it would be a problem. Overall a decent apartment, ive seen way worse for the same price. You get what you pay for here.

The place is decent. I never dealt with roaches but crickets would get into my apartment in the summer. For the person who complained about roger and said he always told them he was about to die. Well he did end up dying so I hope you feel good about yourself. .! You get what you pay for here. They aren’t that bad. There is a insect problem but I wouldn’t say roaches.

APARTMENTS ARE TRASH!! THEY HAVE ROACHES AND NEVER WANT TO FIX ANYTHING!!! HORRIBLE PARKING AND NO MAINTENANCE WORKER..MY TOILET HAD A LEAK FOR FOUR MONTHS..DON’T MOVE HERE EVER!!! OH AND EVERY TIME YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT, THE LANDLORD RODGER TELLS YOU “HE’S DYING!!”
