Failed to respond to customer inquiry - Keep delaying
I don't think the customer service/ management team is working effectively.
I requested some information about an available apartment, the lady was responding professionally and kept promising that she will provide the information via email (as I preferred). But nothing happened after a week even though I tried to followed-up, called multiple times, sent an email, and left my contact information.
I hope this is just a failure in the customer service process, not the company's standard... .
