This property is so terrible, the management is the worst you can ever have.
1. I have insects flying in my kitchen and it has been over 21 days I moved in, all I get is order has been assigned but guess what? NOBODY DOES ANYTHING.
2. The front door slams so hard so be ready for palpitations and health issues.
3. THE PROPERTY IS SO DIRTY, IT IS A MESS. THEY DO NOT CLEAN IT. I HAD MOVED IN BEFORE I NOTICED.
If you are looking for a real dump with dirts everywhere this is the right place.
I... wonder how inspectors certified this place worthy of habitation.
4. Be ready to send mails, calls only to get responses and no action.

IF YOU MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT COMPLETELY.

I would not recommend moving into this establishment, unless you like the smell of dog droppings in the summer among other things. When i first moved in, i had a issue with the hvac system. Its a glorified window unit in the wall. It does not adequately keep the place warm in the winter or cool in the summer. I had to fight management to get another small window unit in my bedroom. You pay for parking, but many people parked in my space regularly. There was a time where some of the residents... would not lease their dog in the courtyard area, it had gotten better before i left, but some residents still did it. Even when it was time to move out, the property group was lacking. You cannot get them to answer the phone half the time and were unsatisfactory. I literally just left my key in the apartment because the person i was scheduled to see didnt show up. Theree are plenty of more reasonable places in the area, its not here. Lee mas
