Terrible Place!!

Terrible Place!!
Terrible Place!!
Multiple property managers, leasing agents, maintenance, housing keepers every 3-5 months. The Current property manager and leasing agents are RUDE, NEVER in office , NEVER answer the phone. Only concern about signing new leases.
First floor smells awful , residents are smoking weed nonstop, smells like feet in the hallway.
Garage Door doesn't work AGAIN!

Beautiful Building/Horrible Management

1) This building has switched management companies/owners 3 times in as many years. The newest management company (Worcester Properties) has been by far the worst to work with.
2) we recently transferred into a new apartment across the hall that had been “cleaned” prior to our move in and it was absolutely disgusting. Nobody bothered to do any sort of walkthrough and we were basically told “tough luck”. There were felt panels glued to the gorgeous windows that were left by the previous tenants....
I was told if I wanted them taken down I would have to do it myself as they don’t have anyone to take care of it.. no solutions. Just excuses.
3) There was a stabbing during which a fire alarm was pulled and the residents were evacuated from the building. Nobody bothered to send an email to residents letting them know that the situation was handled. Everyone was very on edge and after I sent an email to corporate they finally said something.. I had asked if everything was ok and we were told “to discuss it with other residents to put the pieces together”. We also found the knife that was used spattered in blood the day after the incident as nobody bothered to walk through the building to make sure things were safe.
4) if you are looking for amenities, look elsewhere. The pool is small but functional. The grill is rusty and needs to be changed out (was promised this was happening 5-6 months ago) The gym is small. People leave the communal areas in disarray regularly.
5) the garage is dirty. VERY DIRTY. Which leads to the property also being dirty as everyone’s feet are caked in dirt after walking through it.
6) the trash rooms and delivery room were recently painted (I say that loosely as it was done weeks ago but only halfway) ugly Shad’s of purple and gold as if it were a Junior High School.
7) things are often broken as people tend to not take care of them (garage door, gate to the gated outdoor lot, used to have a fire pit).
8) most of the free parking was given to the two small retail spaces. So you’ll have to pay for parking or compete for one of six free spaces
9) Bike racks and storage lockers that were once free are now being charged for.
10) the floors in the hallways are disgusting. I was told there was going to be a new machine purchased to clean the floors but that was about 6 months ago.
11) the building is 80% windows that need to be cleaned. Was promised that was going to happen. That was also 6 months ago.

Hundreds of Flies and Water Leaks

The building has severe health and safety issues. Including hundreds of fruit flies and multiple water leaks, that infest your fridge and rain in your room.

The management staff, Mills Properties, is not transparent and will not work with you to address any issues. 49 residents have signed a petition for remedial action; most have moved out.
