Stay Away!!
I renewed my lease in June and in 6 years they've never charged me for electric, as I pay that with Ameren on a seperate bill. Well NOW, they started charging me and in the last 3 months they've charged me 220 bucks extra and they still won't do anything. Anytime I go in there they just go "oh we're handling it" and they really aren't. They've now been dodging my calls and emails. Also, it took them over 2 years to fix a door handle, which is ridiculous. Also, they installed new driers, of... course mine doesn't work, and they take yet another month or so to fix this. It's going downhill and people please stay clear of this.
