A great apartment community

Kelly Greens is a great place to live, with well maintained property, a wonderful office staff, great maintenance and grounds crews, great floor plans, all at a very good price, and the location is perfect. Their occupancy speaks for itself.

Apartments are good, Management is poor

Overall, I enjoyed living at Kelly Greens. Unfortunately, management and the leasing office has given me conflicting information on several occasions. One person tells you one thing, but then another person says something completely different and you can never get a straight answer. Before the renewal period, they said they had talked to me personally several times and were upset about how I did not know what was going on. It turns out that they never spoke to me, but only my roommate, which... left me in the dark. They think they know everything, but are usually wrong and back track.

Making sure that it is all in writing and having our residents read and acknowledge helps us ensure that there is a solid answer in a situation of possible miscommunication through human error. Best apartment ever

Very nice complex, friendly staff and nice workout room! The pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. I also enjoy the scenery and great location. Only thing that’s missing is a nice dog park!
