I lived at this property for one year and a half and this is not a good place to live there units are old and haven’t been redone since I don’t know when they have a roach infestation in the walls I always kept my apartment clean and still saw them the manager of the property is always in everybody business the pool doesn’t get cleaned this is not a good place to live.

This place is INFESTED. They refuse to spray apartments regularly and when they do, the spray is a watered down version of the real thing. Terrible.

I’ve been here 2 1/2 years so far. I’m a student at USM. I don’t have to pay for parking or be late to class looking for a spot. That alone would be enough. But also…
The Blainewood manager addresses issues quickly when she is made aware of situations like loud neighbors outside or if something breaks. I have seen a couple bugs every now and then, but not a big problem in my building (near pool).
I recommend living here.

they have roach problems that they refuse to fix. and when they do "fix it" they just smear crappy paste on my wall that doesn't work. neighbors are very rowdy outside in the parking lots at night and have zero disregard for your privacy and belongings. get better pest control. if you literally just do that i wouldn't have any complaints.
