It’s been really easy and everyone has been very friendly. I’ve really liked the houses, they are very well furnished. The gym is a little small but it works.

The staff was really nice. The communication was great during the move in process. However, communication about the said apartment I was renting wasn't forthcoming. Again, great professionalism hope the same professionalism remains regarding my issues and concerns

I’d say that the office staff does seem very accommodating; they helped make sure that I could get an early move in date; however, there are a few issues like maintenance issues, and I was told before moving in that they’d be able to store the mattress and the desk (seeing as I already have those items). Upon moving in, I was told it’s not possible which is a little frustrating and taking up half my closet and room space. Other than that, it seems okay so far.

However, we apologize for the misunderstanding regarding storage for your personal items. As for maintenance issues,... please do not hesitate to bring it up so we could address them promptly. The Grand is one of the nicest, affordable, well secured, professional establishments I have been to yet! They accommodate to everyone and don’t leave you hanging when you know how to do something. They always offer help and always contributing to building a community within The Grand by having multiple community events throughout the year at NO costs to the attendees.
