Cannot Overstate My Disappointment
There isn't enough space on this site to allow me to share all of my frustrations about our experience here. It seems that the company that owns the Aventine and the employees who work there have forgotten that it is the residents that they serve that keeps the community thriving and they have adopted a by the numbers approach - I fault no one for running a for-profit business but they have veered into the extreme with how they treat residents as just another number.
