Nice Apartments, Poor Staff Responsiveness
The quality of customer service after moving in is poor. It creates the impression that caring about tenants ceases (not including maintenance staff) once the lease is signed and the money starts flowing.
The apartments themselves are lovely and well appointed if you can overlook the responsiveness of the staff.
