Hanover Dilworth Apartamentos

I have to say this place lives up to its high standards.

It all starts with Careena. She gave us our tour, which was excellent, months ago. When we circled back to lock in the apartment, she went over and beyond to help us out…We were out of state, which made me think the process would be difficult. It wasn’t. She provided updated videos, extra things she did not need to do, but were greatly appreciated.

Once we moved in, she checked in with us on numerous occasions. I see why she manages... the property and selfishly hope she stays on for the duration of our stay, but wouldn’t be surprised if she moved up into the C-suite.

The whole team here is top notch. From the concierge team of Miss Dee and Miss Karen , ( they always seem to brighten my day) to my brief interactions with Hayden and Wyatt on the maintenance team ( i couldn’t figure out how to use something incredibly obvious ) everyone here is wildly nice and great at their job.

I wanted to wait to write a review till after I moved in, wondering if this place is truly as good as its reviews. It is. Ive lived throughout the country, and this is by far the best spot. If I were to move again, I would check in with Hanover to see if it manages a property in my new city.

We looked at numerous similarly rated/ priced spots in Charlotte. You can’t put a premium on where you lay your head. Rent here.The gym could be a little bigger. Literally that is the only thing that could be improved. Very fortunate to live here. Lee mas

My wife and I have moved nine times in the last twenty years. We have no doubt that Hanover Dilworth has been the best experience of all these properties – by far. We did a very thorough search for a new residence and kept being drawn back to the Hanover Dilworth. Bernard and the leasing staff were excellent. The features and qualities of the building were awesome. It has been a bit over a month since we moved in and we continue to experience exemplary service from all members of the... Hanover team. We delayed our review, thinking that this was so unusual – perhaps it was a dream or would not continue. Wrong – The building is awesome, we love out apartment, and all of the Hanover staff (leasing, maintenance, concierge) have been helpful and so very friendly. One person in particular stands out and for numerous experiences - Dee the concierge. The lady is amazing! Best concierge we have ever seen or experienced. So helpful with managing movers, package deliveries, and solving any problem or question we might have. Where does she get the energy that we see every day? Thank you, Dee! I had a fantastic experience at Hanover Dilworth, and I want to give a special shoutout to both Maddie and Bernard. Maddie was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the perfect model that suited my needs. She was attentive, kind, and really made the whole process enjoyable. Bernard was amazing! I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Hanover Dilworth!

Every member of the leasing staff, namely Bernard, Haley, Careena and Maddie (and others), were incredibly knowledgeable about the property and went above and beyond in answering our many questions. The Hanover Dilworth team also worked with us to ensure that we could get the exact floor plan and color scheme that we wanted on a timeline that worked for us. Six months later we finally moved in and are so thrilled... with our new home!

The welcoming and kind demeanor of staff was a standout when we were touring different properties, but now that we have moved it is even more evident that we made the right choice. Everyone has gotten to know us (and our dog, Winnie) by name and has taken a genuine interest to us.

I also cannot say enough wonderful things about concierge- Miss Dee! Miss Dee has truly gone above and beyond. She helped me move my things in, get my bike settled in storage and even helped my friend gain access to our unit to tend to our dog when I was faced with a personal emergency. This level of care is top notch and unmatched at any other property.

We are truly thrilled to call Hanover Dilworth our new home! Lee mas

The apartment layouts are very spacious and with well thought out designs. Great location with easy access to Southend and the Dowd YMCA. Bernard was a great help showing us various layouts to the apartment and the wonderful amenities offered.
