Leasing office staff has been communicative and professional and I enjoy living here so far, but there are ongoing concerns that need urgent attention

With the recent winter storm, there is still a significant amount of ice on the sidewalks leading to the building and in the parking lot. This is a serious slip-and-fall hazard and a liability issue, and it should be treated as a top safety priority until fully resolved. These areas should have been salted beforehand.

Parking is also... frustrating and poorly designed (not a safety issue, but a daily inconvenience). There are far too many compact spaces, I’ve never lived in a community with parking limitations like this. Being on a waitlist for reserved parking even when willing to pay adds to the frustration.

I previously worked as an Assistant Property Manager and lived on-site, so I understand the importance of addressing resident concerns proactively. While staff has been helpful, these issues deserve more immediate action. Lee mas

So far so good! I need to participate in more community events, looking forward to upcoming schedule. My unit and the common areas are great. Would like to see a few more pieces of equipment in the gym otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

The location and apartment amenities are nice. The apartments themselves are clean and the walls are thick. There are some things like valet trash and fetch that we have to pay for that I don’t think are needed. However, they are an extra convienence.

Great layout! Perfect location, walkable to so many great places and the gold line! Great community to live. Organized activities, beautiful pool!!

Been at Overton Row since March 2022 and just renewed lease through December 2026. I like the location and the fact my unit is a walk-up off Central Avenue. I enjoy the community and I find the staff responsive to questions and maintenance responds promptly to items which need attention. The monthly social events are fun to attend!
