Terrible experience. Unprofessional
Upon moving into the complex my apartment was disgusting. Cat poop and cat food left in the garbage pale, bird poop out on the patio, the carpet was the opposite of clean, and the kitchen was not even wiped down. Fridge was sticky and the cabinets were filthy. 2 days after we moved in they tried to come in and paint my walls because they never got to it before our move in date. They never sealed the rear and front door correctly along with parts of the ceiling and walls which lead to bugs... getting into my apartment. There were roaches in the apartment from the previous renter. We left numerous maintenance requests for the problem(BEFORE AND AFTER WEIDNER TOOK OVER) and it was never handled. A piece of my washer machine broke and I had to order the piece my self because maintenance didn’t answer. Given the filth I walked into when I moved into this place and the lack of communication along with how poorly the apartment was left when I moved in, I thought that maybe they could terminate my lease a month early since I found a new place closer to work and school. I have been ignored over and over again by the supervisor of this complex for months after speaking to her in person when she literally said “I will be in touch with you” and “we will definitely speak soon” and the agents working there completely kept me away from speaking to her when I called. They would answer once a week if that and when I came in they never even made an effort to let me speak to her. I have probably had over 100 calls just go completely unanswered from this complex. The amount of emails I’ve sent through the portal that were never answered is just sad. Absolutely unprofessional. So to end the journey with this complex I pay rent for the month of July that I won’t even be there, and I doubt they’ll even reach out about a security deposit. Thanks a lot guys. Terrible.
