THE BEST Staff you will encounter!

I have been a resident for six months and I tell the staff all the time “you guys are the best”. Life literally slapped me in the face when my grandfather got sick and eventually passed away. I was left with a whole lot more responsibilities than intended and the understanding from that office was impeccable. Grace they never had to extend but did. The apartment complex is well kept. Staff is friendly (I do mean every single staff I have encountered in that office). The events every month is... well thought out and the community actually participates. Julia and Chris have been my right hand man since I moved in. My experience has been great and I’m so happy that I moved here.

Awesome!

Recently, I went for a tour of an apartment here, and Julia's warm and spirited demeanor made the experience delightful. She graciously addressed all my queries and provided thorough information. The apartments themselves are simply wonderful and exactly what I was looking for!

The Collins is great!

My husband and I have lived at the Collins for a year and a half, and we really love this community. The staff is always so helpful (especially Chris), and we’ve had a great experience living here! We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great apartment complex in Charlotte.

Live here!!

Renewed my lease again, beautiful place to live. Kind and patient staff as well as maintenance. Ostyn and the community manager Julia in particular in the office. Many amenities and sites to see around Charlotte area.
