I’ve lived here since July, and since moving in, my smart home has never worked. I’ve submitted multiple work orders and emails but have received no response. There is mold and mildew in the hallway from the building flood, puke on the ground in the parking garage, and homeless individuals sleeping there. The lights on the parking garage roof are all burnt out, the roof is vandalized, and none of the doors lock or function properly.
