Horrible customer service
Upon arriving on to the property I noticed a huge and rather disgusting pile of trash spilling out of the garage, old furniture and a plethora of boxes. I found that to be insane giving that you must pay a $37 trash fee each month. Also the staff aren't pleasant or welcoming. Lady that gave me the tour was very standoffish, and made me feel as if I was bothering her by my presence. She didn't offer or even bother to show me any of the amenities. Didn't properly invite me in her office for my... scheduled tour. She proceeded to talk to me while she was sitting in her office and I was standing in the middle of the lobby. She literally only took me to the model apartment and stood at the front door the whole time. I traveled from out state for a day and was excited to view this apartment specifically as it was #1 on my list, was even prepared to apply and pay months in advance the day of my SCHEDULED tour because I loved the actual apartment and the layout however, the trash and the lack of professionalism and hospitality I will be continuing my search. Coming from New York I was very shocked to be experiencing such poor hospitality here in NC.
