NEW RESIDENT
I've been a resident almost 2 months and still settling in. Moving is an ordeal. Moving during a pandemic has added challenges, especially for someone like me who has OCDish tendencies when it comes to cleanliness. Needless to say on my move-in day, the space was impeccably clean from the blinds to the top of the refrigerator to the closets. Questions and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. I truly appreciate Austin leaving receipts that include the time of entry and describes... was addressed in the home along with the rationale behind the problem. Sarah works hard to bring activities to the community like a food truck, which I have yet to try, as a way of boosting morale. The community is quiet and well kept. While I initially contemplated moving because the rent is higher, it was the right move. Instead, I'm choosing to see my decision as the push needed to move forward with purchasing a home. I'll be sure to incorporate some of the same features I have seen and experienced here.
