DO NOT RENT HERE!
If I knew what I know now, I would never have signed a lease. Management is polite up until your name is signed on your lease. After that they treat you as a joke. My downstairs neighbors have a husky that howls/whines and barks at all hours of the day and night with a prime example being from 11pm to 1am with video clips to prove it. The howling and whining is continuous. By this I don’t mean it’s here and there I literally mean it howls at excessive noise levels anytime the tenants leave, with... no breaks. I have notified the office of this just about once if not twice every month since they moved in. I have been given every excuse but by far my favorite is “there’s nothing we can do.” And this wasn’t just told to me by a leasing agent but the manager of the property. I urge you to please please please read these reviews because the past couple have all been something pertaining to unacceptable noise levels from other tenants. And regardless of the response they give me on this site, don’t for a second believe that they will do anything for me or change anything as this has been an ongoing complaint for 7 months now with no resolution or acknowledgment.
