ACCENT BRIER CREEK Apartamentos

I wanted to share a fantastic experience from my recent tour at Accent Brier Creek. The aesthetics of the apartments are truly impressive, from the modern finishes to the thoughtfully designed layouts. The community’s atmosphere and overall appeal left a lasting impression, making it an ideal place to call home.

After such an amazing tour with Tiara’, I am seriously considering leasing an apartment there next year. The quality and attention to detail throughout the community reinforce the... value of well-designed living spaces, and it’s exciting to see such a high standard in action.

The apartment its self is fine. The "luxury " is the appliances and small thinks like door handles, faucets, cabinets, counters. However this new place is still working out the kinks. There is no one to let anyone inside so if you have a visitor or order uber eats you have to go outside to get it. The worst part is if you forget your fob there is no way to get back in. There is no key pad to get inside like 99% of other buildings.
They offer valet trash, which doesn't come more than half the... time. There is trash around the compactor because it very hard to open.
Only 2 of the buildings are being lived in currently. I cant imagine the disaster when they all are. Lee mas

I’ve lived in many apartment complexes, but Accent Brier Creek has been the most disappointing. They require you to use Fetch for package deliveries, and it frequently delays shipments. Not only do you pay an additional fee (which was never disclosed before signing), but you also have to sign a liability waiver if you want packages dropped at your door—meaning Fetch isn’t responsible for stolen items.

Upon move-in, my apartment was filthy, covered in spiders and construction dust. Despite this,... they still charge a non-negotiable cleaning fee when you leave. My washer and dishwasher weren’t connected properly, leading to water spraying everywhere and the need for an electrician just to power the dishwasher. The shower base makes a cracking noise due to an improper installation, the floors are uneven, and the cabinets are cheaply made, marred with paint splatters.

Maintenance issues, like non-functioning Ethernet ports, linger for months without resolution; work orders often get closed prematurely. Overall construction quality is severely lacking, and any “fixes” seem to be band-aid solutions.

For a place billed as a “luxury” community, Accent Brier Creek misses the mark. Consider other nearby apartments unless management seriously addresses the rampant construction, maintenance, and delivery problems plaguing this complex. Lee mas
