Disappointing Experience Under New Management
I’ve lived at Infinity Six Forks for three years, and since the building was acquired by new management in 2023, my experience has been nothing but frustration and chaos. My AC has been malfunctioning for over two months, and despite filing multiple service requests, management has failed to fix it. My apartment has been unbearably hot all summer, my energy bills have skyrocketed, and I’ve had to stay with friends because it’s unlivable. Management has been completely unresponsive, providing no... timeline or explanation for the delays. For a complex that advertises itself as luxury, they fail to meet even the most basic living standards. I would not recommend living here.

We have recently replaced several AC units and I am certain that yours was one of them.
