Dishonest
a two parter
1. you don't know what you're paying for. hidden fees everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. paying twice for damages, paying for cleaning fees and expecting me to have perfectly spackled and cleaned everything (including black mold?) + more
2. some of these rooms SUCK!! they rent rooms that have a single window facing a corridor, no sun, and a ton of mechanical noise, and, get this, same exact price as rooms that are bigger, have two times the windows, and ten times more sun. oh, they also... charged me nearly $500 to move apartments (within their own complex) and refused to help.
3. a bonus third part, management lowkey sucks. sure they respond fast, but one of the ladies working there is quite rude (think millennial Karen) other two dudes are nice but the disparity is odd. the website also hardly ever works, charging you for everything and nothing and not even telling you what for.
all in all, this whole living experience has been terrible, AVOID at all costs.
