The Pointe at Heritage Apartamentos

It's a nice place to live, although there have been times I've called the office and nobody picks up,then I walk to the office and everyone is seating at their desks.

Very good staff they were kind nice and kept me updated on the process. I was thankful for the speedy response and clear instructions they gave 10/10

I like the apartment and the community. My only issue is that the parking has become worse over time. Some people have multiple cars and they use all of the parking. Even their guest uses the parking in front of the building. So residents end up parking either in front of another building, visitor parking, or in the over fill. During holidays it’s worse. One night I had to park all the way on the other side of the complex and walk to my building. Secondly getting in and out on Roger’s road is a... nightmare. Sometimes it may take 15 minutes to get in or out. You would think that with all the businesses they would rally together to get the town to put a light there!!!! I have suggested doing assigned parking but that fell on deaf ears. Lee mas

The staff has been friendly and helpful. Move-in was pretty much a breeze - as much as moves can be. The complex is well-maintained, and the residents are friendly.

Great location. Easy to get to food and leisure places. The environment is great and the people who work in the front really care about the people here.
