The Preserve at Pine Valley Apartamentos

I cannot emphasize enough how poorly managed these apartments are. They tried to over charge us on rent for several months until I sent them proof that they were doing it. The laundry room was closed for weeks during the holidays. Also the apartments are not maintained at all. After fighting tooth and nail to get maintenance to look at our plumbing because it was constantly clogging despite all of our efforts, we were finally able to get a professional in. They told us that all of the old pipes... are basically crumbling and that’s what is causing all of the plumbing issues but that the apartment won’t fix it so we have to just continue putting bandaids on the issue. This is the exact same problem with the electrical. Old faulty wiring that they refuse to fix.

I have rented several times in many different places, but never have I received such awful treatment and service as I did here. Lee mas

Went with the furnished unit and it came with EVERYTHING we needed! A couch, TV, unused towels, a Keurig, a rug, lamps, bedding, pots, pans, all dish utensils, etc! Truly such a good property to live at, especially with how well they upkeep maintenance, the new mail kiosks, pest control, monitored parking, etc. Truly my home :)

Staff is very professional and friendly, I can always trust them to hear my concerns and fix any problems quickly. The maintenance staff is also very good at what they do. Amenities are in good condition and always kept up. Neighbors are friendly and it’s a great place for families, quiet at night and lots of kids of all ages live here.

The office team is always so kind! I love it here!
