RUN, DON'T WALK. Apartment smells like mold, no response on complaint, mold smell still there. Took 3 months to get fan installed that they promised on move in, took three months to get my dishwasher fixed THREE MONTHS WITHOUT A DISHWASHER! Refrigerator from the 1980s provides a solid lump of ice after making knocking racket. Water use creates a delightful knocking noise at the water heater for the duration of the water use. Dog crap EVERYWHERE. Price is exorbitant and the renewal price is... criminal. All of my work order requests were deleted because they had too many work orders to handle so they JUST DELETED THEM!! You hear every pindrop noise from the upstairs neighbors.
