Overpriced “luxury” apartments
Haven’t had a great experience at all since we moved here about a year and a half ago. They misplaced our security deposit check before we even moved in, had to go and look through checks with the front office staff myself to find it. HVAC has had problems, three separate maintenance requests have been put in, techs claim refrigerant is leaking but have yet to properly diagnose, so every three months we lose A/C or heat. Spotty paint in the guest bedroom to cover up damage, rust on appliances... and bathroom lighting, hard water that leaves pink stains in shower and sinks, thin walls so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or people talking in the breezeways…this place is not luxury. This place is average at best, and marketed as luxury apartments. Needless to say we won’t be renewing our lease next time around. Don’t be fooled by cheap thrills and mediocre service, I would never recommend this place to anyone
