Very Rude
I have been trying to rent an apartment but the management is very difficult to work with. I understand not being able to look at the apartment while its occupied but they stated every apartment is rented and I have to base my decision on the website photos. I finally got them to allow me to at least come and look at the building and the facilities available to the tenants. Based on this interaction, I do not think I would want to rent from this company.

Thank you for your review. Your experience does not sound like the normal feedback that we receive regarding interactions regarding our staff. They are very dedicated to providing the best customer service to our residents and future residents. We... offer virtual and in person tours during our office hours and by law must notify an occupied unit a minimum of 24 hours prior to a showing.
